Shipping
due to the nature of handmade textiles, many of the items in our shop are pre-order only. items that are pre-order are clearly listed as such in the product information. the expected arrival date is listed in the product description and you will be updated as soon as your order ships. delays are a normal aspect of working with artisans internationally. small uncontrollable factors, such as a lack of sunlight to fully dry our textiles, can impact shipment dates.
for in stock items, orders within the US will ship in 3-5 business days via USPS with tracking. we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transport. in the instance that we are on holiday or taking a much-needed break, your order may arrive later than listed above. we are a small team working as quickly and safely as possibly to fulfill all of your orders. please have patience with us!
international orders are shipped via USPS unless noted otherwise. here & there creative is not responsible for payment of any duty or import fees.
Returns/Exchanges
we want you to love your textiles! if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@heretherecreative.com
if your order has been approved for return or exchange, products must be sent back within 14 days of the order delivery date. all items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. please note postage costs, unless item is defective when received, will not be refundable. all return items are subject to a $7 restocking fee.
due to the handprinted nature of blockprint, slight color differences and imperfections between products are expected. we celebrate these differences and believe they enhance the beauty of our textiles. here & there creative does not accept returns for minor imperfections, such as dye bleeding or imperfect printing.
